The District of Columbia has imposed a new requirement on All Chartered buses entering to District of Columbia will required to purchase a $50.00 trip permit. Fraction of hour will be billed in 1/2 hour increments for sedan & one hour increments for other all vehicles.
Cancellation policy: Sedan job client can cancel 4 hours before pickup time with $20.00 processing fee if not you will be charge full amount of trip. Stretch limousine, SUV limousine, Van and Mini Bus client can cancel 48 hours before pickup time with $50.00 processing fee if you cancel after 48 hours; you will be billed minimum 4 hours of service charges.

BWI & Dulles Airport.
Dc Limo World’s driver will meet you inside the baggage claim area with your name sign. If you do not see your driver at the designated baggage area or meeting place, call our number 1-202-241-5466 so our dispatchers can locate your driver and tell him where you are standing
National Airport
Dc Limo World’s driver will meet you on the lower level at the out side lower level curbside lane with a name sign on passenger side window. You Must call us Before coming out of terminal, at 1-202-241-5466. Please use the exit at the baggage claim area for your arriving flight.
International Travelers
Dc Limo World’s driver will meet you outside Customs with a name sign. If you do not see your driver at the designated baggage area or meeting place, call our toll free number 1-202-241-5466 so our dispatchers can locate your driver and tell him where you are standing
Union Station
Dc Limo World’s driver will meet you at the middle curbside lane with a name sign on passenger window. You Must call us Before coming out of terminal, at 1-202-241-5466.

Agreement & Liability
Client agrees that there will be no smoking in our vehicles. Client assures that no illegal drugs are brought into our vehicles. Client is not allowed alcoholic beverages in our minibuses. Client agrees that the passenger’s capacity of vehicle provided shall not be exceeded. In case of misconduct by your party, chauffeur has the right to terminate this agreement without refunds. Client holds limousine service harmless and not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the conduct of his/her party. Client is responsible for the full payment of any overtime charges, beyond the original agreement. Client agrees to 50% non refundable deposit charged to his/her credit card at the time reservation has been made. Sedan, limousine, Van, navigator, and Mini Bus drivers receive 20% Gratuity, and will be charged to the provided account. A sick policy is also in effect for any one getting sick in our vehicles and will be charged an additional $250.00. Dc Limo World cannot be held responsible for mechanical problems, inclement weather, or other uncontrollable circumstances resulting in the inability to start a job as it is schedule time or complete a job. In the event that the requested vehicle can not be provided. Limo Washington (Dc Limo World) may provide a vehicle of equal.
